This poor girl now has left her child behind probably with no will and now the family is going to have to fight through our wonderful Government Trustee office to gain custody and settle the affairs. It's not going to be an easy road dealing with grief and emotions, police, etc. It could be easier to be planning and help with some of those decisions and legal matters + money!

Who will the kids go with if something happens to us? Isn't that the biggest scariest reason why you just don't do a WILL? Listen Up!

You need to just pick someone that the kids would like to be with and name that person as their trustee and then name someone else perhaps in charge of the monies.

That would be easier on the kids emotionally.

For all of those out there that are SEPARATED but not yet divorced! Listen up!!!! If something happened to you and you are life support and family members have to make decisions about what to do, what medications, what to change or take away!!! Guess what!!!!! Your EX gets to have the only word unless you have a recent will - power of attorney and living will completed. Ask me how to get this done for you quickly!!
